A preview is always sent to you before final product is made.

Yes! Fill out the recipients address in the 'Ship To' section at check out. We can include a handwritten note for you {free of charge}. Just leave us all the instructions regarding your Note in the "Note to seller" section at checkout too.
We DO NOT include pricing in our packages, so you're all set there.

We send proofs on all personalized products.
This may not apply during peak / busy Holiday seasons when sending proofs is put on hold.
You are requested to review and approve your proofs as soon as possible to enable us produce on time.
Once a Final Proof is approved we then proceed to Production.
After delivery of the proof, you will have 24 hours to inform us of change requests. If we do not hear from you, we will proceed with your order as shown in the proof based on your order instructions and the purchased design. If you need more time to decide, please just let us know.

Each design takes time to customize specially for you. For all orders, the design proof is provided to you after purchase. This is very standard for any design work.
After purchase, you will receive your design proof in 1-2 business days. At that point, we are more than happy to make any changes until you are satisfied.
