Description

If sometimes you feel like a pleat, and sometimes you don't...the Lottie skirt is for you. This classic skirt features directions for both a beautiful mix of box pleats that will woo just about every vintage-fashion-loving soul and also directions for a gathered skirt, for those that may want a little more twirl in their lives. The Lottie features a fitted waistband (that's right, NO elastic) with directions for both a hook & eye closure and a functional button. The Lottie is constructed so that it is just as beautiful on the inside as the outside. With a 3" hem and a placket in the back with an overlap, this skirt can even grown with your little one. Oh, and I almost forgot the option for side and front tabs to showcase your most precious of button collections. Come on, you know you have them!

This e-pattern includes step-by-step instructions with lots of pictures to guide you through the construction of the skirt with a glossary of terms in the back.

Sizes - 18 mo, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 and 14.

For information on materials needed and a sizing chart for this pattern, please visit this link (http://browniegoose.blogspot.com/search/label/size%20chart%20list) and click the appropriate pattern.

Also, I added a really fun tutorial on the blog with details on how to make the back of the Lottie skirt elasticized (for a super fast sew) and also how to add big pockets on the side. Check it out here: http://browniegoose.blogspot.com/2015/11/the-lottie-skirt-with-big-pockets-and.html.

This listing is for the pdf pattern, NOT the actual skirt.
