So let's jump in and craft some magic!

I'm Molly and I've been teaching people how to sculpt for years. When I was a beginner I was super annoyed with many of the tutorials I turned to to learn to create things. Often they were too simplistic and cutesy, but more importantly, they seemed to be missing steps. It was like those "learn-to-draw" projects that went from a collection of circles photo-realistic finished project in 5 steps.

I have included so many supporting photos and detailed text, you will fully understand the project! Here is what people have been saying about the Amazon version of this project:

"I am very artsy, and I had been looking for something different to do and when I saw Molly's newest book I knew this was something I had to make. I have taken two classes with Molly before so I had a little sculpting knowledge before starting, but this was the first book of hers I've used and it honestly felt like I was taking a class with her again. She guides you step-by-step through the process of creating your very own mushroom fairy house. For each chapter Molly included very useful pictures to go alongside the instructions to help see exactly what you need to do and how things should be looking. I'm a very visual and hands-on learner, and her tutorial made it really easy for me to jump right in and follow along. I really loved her sense of humor and the little building advice from the goblins, gnomes and fairies! I absolutely recommend this book for anyone who likes art, working with their hands, fairies, and fun!" - Rebecca B.

"Molly Stanton has written one of the best tutes I have read ( and I have read a lot of them! ) This tutorial was very easy to follow.
The designer includes a very detailed supply list that details everything the artist will need, to include tips about tools to use and even how to improve on tools they may already have! There is a list of "shape" terms with clear and concise descriptions.
I am one step before " beginner" having only completed one other sculpture, and this tutorial was so thorough I was able to complete the project! From purchasing materials to baking, it's all in this 91 page pattern!
The pictures are crisp and clear and are taken from the perfect angle, making it easy to compare your progress.
I learned so much on this project and am very muck looking forward to the next one!
One last note, this tutorial was easy to adapt to items I had on hand. Ms. Stanton does such a good job at describing materials and color blends that I had no problem substituting a few of the items. As a newbie my kit is rather limited and with this beautiful book, I was able to come up with a beautiful fairy hose." - Mindy H
