One of a kind pendant featuring the Luckenbooth against an antique script, set in an antiqued brass bezel. A 24-inch chain is included.

The Luckenbooth is a traditional Scottish symbol of love, dating to the 17th century in origin. The symbol depicts 2 hearts intertwined, capped by a crown. Popular legend traces its origins to Mary, Queen of Scots, either as a symbol of her love for Lord Darnley, or as a token of love given to her by the Dauphin of France.

This pendant has been handcrafted using jeweler's grade resin to set the image in the bezel. This resin will not yellow or craze over time, leaving the image clear and beautiful.
