FAQs

Artgal's Studio is happy to provide custom orders. When ordering dyed pine needles, be aware that due to a number of variables, dying pine needles is far from an exact science. I always do my best to achieve the exact color requested but occasionally 'close' is my best. A photo can be provided. If not satisfied, buyer is under no obligation to purchase.
Photos are taken in the best possible lighting conditions and edited, if necessary, for adjustment. Please be aware, however, that monitor calibration and individual device screens play a big part in the accuracy of the colors you see.
Artgal's Studio will always combine shipping on more than one item to offer the lowest cost possible.
Orders are shipped without additional insurance. In the event you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact Artgal's Studio prior to checkout.
Refunds and Exchanged are always accepted within 14 days of delivery with the following exceptions:
* Personalized items
* Digital downloads
* Sale or discounted items
Buyer pays return shipping.
Items returned or exchanged must be in the same, unused condition as when they were shipped. When returning dyed or natural pine needles, please be sure they are re-bundled and re-wrapped in the protective bubble wrap they were received in. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If an item is received damaged, buyer can file a claim with USPS for reimbursement. Additional insurance is available upon request, prior to purchase.
