Returns & exchanges

If there is a defect in your order, you are eligible for a refund/return/exchange 5 days after messaging me the SAME DAY you receive the item and inform to me that you are returning it. Please note that all items are checked/tested to ensure the durability of the item and that there is no damage. If care instructions are followed there should be no defect to item. If the item is damaged by the customer, it cannot be refunded. If you would like for a refund/exchange, I would require an email to electronically send you a prepaid return label. Once the item returns back to me, I will then provide to you with a refund on the product (not including shipping).
