The cotton candy was very good. The bags were smaller than expected. The package was ordered on 10/27/2016 and was told it was 2 day shipping. Contacted the shop via phone and through Etsy conversation to ensure I would receive by Saturday 11/5/2016 as this was my sons 1st birthday party and was told it was. The product was sent off Wednesday 11/3/2016 and I was stuck contacting the USPS to hold the package for pick-up to get in time for my party as the shipping was not 2 day shipping as explained. After calling the shop no one cared and could only suggest that I try to contact the USPS to see if there was anything I could. After the experience I would never order from the company again due to the lack of concern for me receiving my order in time for my sons party after ordering 7 days in advanced paying $96.00 total.

We sent the bags out when I said we would (Wednesday) 11/3/16 and they were received by Saturday, 11/5/2016 (date of your party), I told you 1-3 days shipping time. I even checked tracking and they were in Florida on Friday morning, so we were good! Then when you called my store (4pm Friday) I personally called USPS in Florida and they advised you (the recipient) would need to call to make plans to get the box intercepted and pick them up (on Saturday), which is what we told you and you were FINE with that on the phone, but now you are writing a bad review and also in your emails expecting me to give you a coupon or discount in the future AFTER saying in your 1 star review you would NEVER order from me again! I did everything as I had told you, so I am not sure what more you expected from us.
