The whimsical puppy is needle felted* out of 100% wool roving and is permanently tucked in a hand stitched up-cycled felted wool heart. The heart has been embellished with a needle felted wool decoration and is finished around the edges with a cotton thread blanket stitch. Each one is made by hand and is a one of a kind ornament that is approx 6 inches long.

It is the perfect year round gift for the pet lover! It has an attached cord and can be hung on the corner of a picture, cabinet pull, lamp shade, used as a package decoration.....You decide.

*Needle felting is the process of sculpting loose wool fibers by piercing with a very sharp, barbed needle. Each individual piece can take quite some time to take a solid and substantial form, but will produce an individual and one of a kind creation. I use no patterns in the making of my figurines.

*These pets would make a great accent to any room, but are meant as a decorative piece, not a toy. It has small parts and loose fibers that could cause choking.
