HOW TO ORDER: This listing is for one necklace of your choice. Use the drop down box to CHOOSE which colour you'd like, or select "CUSTOM" to request your own custom colour combinations (see bead colour chart photos in this listing for available bead colour choices, you can even choose your cord/clasp colour). Just use the notes section upon checkout to advise me of your selections -- feel free to mix & match!

The most comfortable Teething/Nursing Necklace you will ever wear! Silicone beads are placed only where you need them (in the front where baby can grab and chew) instead of all the way around. Making these necklaces super lightweight, and eliminating silicone beads around the back of your neck where they can catch and pull on your hair! Strung on a super soft silk cord with a smooth lightweight breakaway clasp for safety! You will enjoy wearing this all day long while your baby chews and gets relief from sore teething gums!

Each necklace measures approx 32-34" long. If you need a specific length, please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate!

Canada & USA -- Standard Shipping is FREE on orders totalling $35 CAD (approx $28 USD) or more! Shipping will automatically be adjusted once your cart contents reach the qualifying threshold in your currency. No coupon code needed.

Orders less than $35 CAD will ship for a LOW FLAT RATE of only $5 CAD (approx $3.75 USD).

International -- Standard FLAT Shipping rate is $12 CAD no matter how much you order.

YES, you may COMBINE another SALE or COUPON with the FREE SHIPPING offer, however please note the minimum order amount ($35 CAD) must be reached AFTER any other discount has been applied.

All orders ship out within 5 business days to allow time for hand-crafting each item. There are rare instances when it may take a bit longer (I am a mom and wife first, and we all know how last minute emergencies can crop up when you have little ones) but I promise to have all order dispatched in a timely manner.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back within 10 days for a full refund (less shipping costs). Item must arrive in same condition as it was sent out in. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We ask that you allow up to 15 business days for packages to arrive before declaring it "missing". There are times when delays can occur beyond our control (customs, misrouted, weather, holidays) and sometimes they just need a little extra time to find their way to you.

International
Airmail: We ask that you allow 30 business days for packages to arrive before declaring it "missing". For surface mail (which can take 6-8 weeks on average) we ask that you wait 12 weeks before declaring the package as "missing" and we will then take action.

We do guarantee delivery of ALL our packages but, we feel it's only fair to allow them sufficient time to arrive as we do not require you to purchase tracking like most shops do.

Flat Rate Shipping & Free Shipping is provided via Canada Post Letter Mail/Parcel Mail (depending on location). It does NOT include tracking.

I do however guarantee delivery regardless, as long as you have provided me with a CORRECT mailing address during the checkout process. I will ALWAYS ship to the address provided on the Etsy receipt. Please make sure this address is correct.

I will NOT be responsible for packages shipped to an address that you have provided to me, that is incorrect.

TRACKING: If you want to add tracking you may purchase the "shipping upgrade" available to you upon checkout (however please note that this upgrade does not mean your package will arrive any quicker, it just allows you to be able to track it).

In order to offer you the benefits of low flat rate and/or free shipping, I have to absorb the cost of the shipping myself out of pocket. This means that I will ship your items in the most economical way possible.

This sometimes requires me to package the items in separate packages and send out 2 or more packages per order depending on how many items have been purchased. Most will arrive together on the same day but it is not unusual for there to be a delay or two between packages. So please be patient and give a little bit of time of the accompanying packages to arrive.

Please know that I still GUARANTEE delivery of your entire order, regardless if it is sent in one package or more.
