● Our production time does not include time in transit/weekends/holidays. This varies based on the shipping method you choose

●Packages returned to us marked NOT CALLED FOR or RETURN TO SENDER, buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping it back

●Due to the pandemic, international packages are taking longer than normal to arrive. Assume 4-6 weeks minimum. VAT, Duty Fees, and Taxes are not included in the price, or shipping costs

●If the USPS has marked your package Delivered, & you have not received it, you must do the following:
Contact your local post office with your tracking # so they can obtain the GPS coordinates the package was scanned to. This is not negotiable. We will not issue a refund without filing a claim.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unhappy with your product, or if we created something incorrectly. We will do our very best to fix the issue, or issue a refund once the item is returned to us.

● Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the amount of the item, minus shipping, and restocking fee if applicable.

● If you ship an item back to us without prior approval, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you

Lost packages:
●USPS does not consider a domestic package to be lost until after 30 days. International orders are not considered lost until after 6 weeks. If your tracking info is not updating, please contact USPS for help tracking it down. If your package is determined lost, we will replace your order after this time period. Our policy for lost packages is replacement of the original order.

● If you entered the wrong address for shipping and the package is returned to us, you will need to require an accurate shipping address, and purchase postage for the package to be shipped again.

●As each letter is hand stamped, one at a time spacing and lettering on hand stamped items will vary. This will only add to the charm of hand-stamped bracelet, adding flair and giving each ring its own individual sense of character-no two are exactly alike.

●We cannot accept returns because you don't feel the letters are stamped 'straight enough' We are not machines, and will never be able to stamp 2 pieces exactly alike.

●Size or length of jewelry is the buyers responsibility, if you're not sure see a jeweler or find some measuring tape.

●If the size or length of your piece does not work and it was either not specified or specified incorrectly upon purchase we will happily re-size for a re-size fee of $10 and shipping will be covered by the buyer.

●However, please note that not all items can be re-sized, some items would require you to have an entirely new piece made at the original cost.

● Metaphysical descriptions and healing properties of stones or crystals are not meant to replace medical advice or treatments.

● Ingesting the stones can be dangerous based on each stones individual toxicity.

● Please use common sense and safety precautions when purchasing any of our jewelry (such as keeping them out of the reach of small children & pets) when using these gifts from the earth.

● Our jewelry contains small parts and is not suitable for children under the age of 7 years old.

● We cannot create jewelry for children under the age of 7.

● ALL children should be supervised at all times when wearing jewelry.

Unfortunately we cannot stop product to send photos of items before they are shipped. We receive too many orders to be able to do this, as it would slow down our production time drastically.

● Our shop production time is usually about 7-10 business days. We have 3 busy Etsy shops and are handling hundreds of orders a day.

● We print our labels at the end of each shipping day, and the post office picks them up the next morning. This helps us keep standard domestic shipping FREE to you, and helps the planet too!
