I wanted to make a dig box for my pet skunk so I bought this 12x12 box. I realized quickly that this box wouldn't work because the front needed to be lower than the other sides due to my skunk's short legs. Tyler was kind enough to let me pay the difference instead of me having to purchase two separate boxes! My box came out great and it's extremely well made! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I asked for the front to be 2 1/2 inches in height and it was made to be 1 1/2 inches in height instead. Other than that, Tyler was extremely nice, understanding, and quick to respond to any questions, the wood he used is stunning, and overall, the box is beautifully made. I added toys and a snuffle mat to the bottom for digging! Thank you Tyler! My skunk Stella loves it!

I really appreciate that the shop owner painted this black for me. It came out pretty good, although one of the corners has a pretty good ding. I was so disappointed in the shop owner's lack of communication! I had asked him to quote me on what would have been a really large custom order for the small museum where I work. He kept saying that he was going to get that quote to me, but weeks went by and I reached out again and got NO response. He completely ghosted me. I mean, if you can't do the job, just say it's too much for you. Don't just ignore a potential customer. I am glad to have gotten the boxes that I did, but being disregarded was frustrating and unprofessional.
