Most items in my shop include a gift box. If you would like to add a free gift enclosure to your order and have me ship it to the recipient, just be sure to let me know how the card should read, and provide the correct address at checkout.

If international orders are returned to me as "uncollected" or "undeliverable" due to an incomplete address being provided, I am not able to refund your shipping costs and additional shipping costs will be incurred to re-ship the item. Please be aware of your country's import duties, Customs fees and VAT, these additional costs are your responsibility and are added at the point of delivery - I have no control over them. If an item appears to be lost in the mail, please allow 30-45 days for it to show up, that is the required time before a claim can be filed. Luckily, I have very good success with most international shipments and love my international customers!

Returned or exchanged items must be properly packaged for return shipping and arrive in resalable condition in order to qualify. Please contact me for instructions and be sure to include your name, address, and reason for return or exchange on a note in the package so that I can process your return more quickly. I'd appreciate it if you can let me know you need to return something within 30 days of receipt. If an item is damaged in shipping, please save all packing materials and let me know right away.

You should receive an email upon shipping that indicates your tracking number. If you do not see that, you can always look back at your Etsy account to see the status of the order and find tracking information there, or contact me. For international shipments, please be aware that once the package leaves the States, tracking will not be updated usually until the point of delivery.
