If you send back the item, I will only accept it back in the same condition it was sent:
For Photos/Prints: with its surface untouched (no fingerprints, scratches, foldings, marks or spots of any kind).
Other items: will be specified in its description.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

If you are not satisfied with the product, I will refund you (minus shipping costs) as long as the item is shipped back within 14 days after receipt and in the condition it was sent.

All photographs are shipped in secure envelopes from Deutsche Post / DHL Packet Service. Each item will be carefully enveloped according to its own characteristics. Photos/Prints will be sent in hard cover envelope for maximum protection.

All items will be shipped within 5 days via Deutsche Post priority mail with tracking number. Lost packages are not refundable, contact me if you would like to have shipping-insurance (increases the shipping cost.

International deliveries take about 7 days (it may differ according to each country own postal service). Convo or contact me if you need shorter delivery times (increases the shipping cost).

International customers are responsible for duties and taxes.

I will ship to the Etsy address, so please make sure it's up to date and correct! Let us know if you want the item to be send to another address (for example: as a surprise gift).
