A gorgeous pair of mugs for the Bride and Groom with an Summery theme and with a pretty floral deer antlers.

The 2 mugs make the perfect 'love' set and have their designs repeated on the front and back of the mugs. This would make a great gift gift for brides and grooms - especially as a welcoming house gift.

You can add a date of your choice and you can also change the words 'Bride' and 'Groom' if required. Please add a note of your requests in the 'message to seller' box when you make the purchase or you can send the request after purchasing. Please remember to send your request and date for the mugs to avoid delay in them being shipped out. The text/date you provide will be added directly to your mugs, so please ensure the information is correct as once your order is created it cannot be changed.

The design has been sublimation printed and handpressed. Each mug measures 8cm in diameter and is approximately 9.2cm high. The mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Should an item be faulty or damaged please contact me before returning it. I will try to sort out any problems as quickly as possible (complying with the UK's Distance Selling Regulations). All refunds will be made via Paypal or via Etsy's direct checkout depending on your payment method.

Under the EU Directive on Consumer Rights June 2014, UK and EU customers now have 14 days from receipt to change your mind and return the item/s. Please note, you will receive a full refund of the original item and postage but you will be responsible for paying the return postage costs. This complies with the DSRs and the stipulation that all items must be returned.

Under the new regulations we have to offer a cancellation form for customers use - it is optional but regulations stipulate we have to have one available. If you require a cancellation form please request one and I will email it to you.

For faulty items, contact must be made within 14 days to inform of the fault and you must supply the reason for returning your item. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase(s), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition. For items damaged on route or in the post, please KEEP ALL ORIGNAL PACKAGING as they will be required by the Postal Services when processing a claim.

REST OF THE WORLD i.e. USA, Canada, Australia etc (Customers from outside of the UK /EU)
If you have purchased the wrong item or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance or non-returnable item.

When your return is received, you will be issued a refund back to though the payment method you used for your order and this will be for the product only. You (the buyer) are responsible for all return shipping costs.

*INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - if you are returning a product/s you must write on the package and any documentation including the customs form that the product is a returned product going back to the seller. Any fees or taxes added by the government for your failure to do so will result in the amount being deducted from any refund given.

*Earrings are non-refundable (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty.

For custom made or personalised items no refunds or exchanges can be given. The UK's Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to custom makes.

It is your responsibility to make sure your address and mailing details are correct before making a purchase. Once your parcel has been dispatched it cannot be recalled. Parcels sent to incorrect address cannot be refunded or resent unless the goods are sent back to us and in these cases, you will be required to re-pay the re-shipping fee to receive your order at the correct address.

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends) where possible. The dispatch time may be delayed if the information you have provided for your order is incomplete. I may get in touch with you regarding personalised orders and if I spot a problem with your address but it is your responsibility to provide the correct address and supply me with the information I need to complete your order.

UK mail will be dispatched via 2nd Class Mail (this is to keep the postage and packing costs down). Mugs require extra special packaging and/or boxes to ensure their safe arrival. If you would like to opt for 1st Class Mail, please get in touch BEFORE placing an order and I will set up a custom listing for you. Non-UK mail will be sent via standard delivery.

The delivery time is affected by how long a parcel is held in Customs by the receiving country and the occurrence of delays due to mail strikes, extreme weather, high volumes of mail etc. I'm not able to control these external issues.
