All orders are shipped with insurance to cover damage or loss before delivery. Shipping Insurance does NOT cover mail loss or mail theft if tracking shows as DELIVERED. We are unable to issue a refund or file a claim if tracking shows your order as delivered.

We also offer Express Shipping, this takes 3 days in the USA as we are rural. Express Shipping starts at $50. PLEASE contact us before purchasing as we must set up a Custom Listing for this shipping option.

Out of Country: We do not offer Express Shipping or Priority Mail as there is no guaranteed delivery date due to custom inspections.

We observe & are closed for all USA government calendar holidays.

THANKSGIVING / We are closed the Tuesday before thanksgiving till the following Tuesday to spend time with family & friends. We will still be taking orders, but will not ship during this time. Orders will be running a few business days behind.

GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY / last day to order: USA Nov 30th & Out of Country Nov 1st. You can still order, but we cannot guarantee it will make it in time for Christmas.

WINTER HOLIDAY: We are closed Dec 20th - Jan 1st to spend time with family & friends. All orders will run 10 days behind if ordered during this time.

Our Handmade Ribbon: Our ribbon is waterproof that means it will not bleed or smudge if it gets wet. If you need your ribbon washable, let me know & I will send you heat setting instructions to make it washable, via "Etsy Convos" with any ribbon purchase.

Fashion Jewelry & Vintage Silver Jewelry:

➤Do not wear while bathing or swimming. Take care not to expose it to water. This will prolong the life of your jewelry and prevent reactions with chemicals from soaps and chlorine from discoloring it.

➤Do not use jewelry cleaner, it is very harsh! It can take off finishes on fashion jewelry & will remove patinas from sterling silver.

➤Remove jewelry at the end of every day & wipe gently with a very soft cloth to remove dirt & body oil.

Proper care of jewelry will ensure their long life. The Lonely Heart is not responsible for damages caused to products through use & misuse.

"Read to Ship In" is the estimated business days it will take to create your order, this does not include actual shipping time.

A standard industry business day is 9am-5pm depending where the business is located. Weekend days are not counted. If your order was placed after business hours, that night does not count as a business day. It will start the next day.

Actual shipping time depends which shipping option you chose & where you are located.

If you order more than 1 item we do not wrap each item individually, but rather the whole order as 1 gift & 1 gift note per an order & is intended to be receive by recipient of gift.
