HEELS: Most customer feedback is that the shoes fit as expected while some feel they run about a half size smaller. It's very rare that customers contact us stating that they feel the shoes are too large.

CONVERSE: Converse fit notoriously a half-sized larger than traditional US shoes. We encourage you to try on a pair in store if you are unfamiliar with their sizing. Please note that we only use the US woman's shoe size and not the men's. Please contact us to convert a size if needed.

BALLET FLATS: We recommend ordering your most common size worn in ballet flats. Some customers have felt that our flats run a half smaller than expected. It's very rare that customers feel they run large.

For basic color changes in a glitter medium, please feel free to leave your color choice at checkout in the buyer's notes. If you like a certain color on a shoe in one of our other listings please feel free to add the link in the buyer's note for color reference. Color changes are at no additional charge and usually do not need to be pre-approved. Note: This does not apply to crystal work.

Please note that we do not guarantee exact color matching unless a physical color sample has been sent to us and has been approved by both parties.

Each order comes with a complementary touch-up kit for any shoe emergencies that you may run into over the course of the shoe's life. Each kit includes instructions and matching glitter from the same dye lot that has been used on the shoes.

For customers who would like to give their shoes an additional coat of sealant, we can recommend a high-gloss acrylic spray sealant. This is not the same sealant that we use in our studio but it is compatible with our sealant.

Please note that some glitter may shed, especially during the first wear. Areas that have repeated bending such as canvas shoes may eventually have wear marks that can be touched up with the glitter kit as needed.

We do not have gift wrapping available at this time.

Each shoe is individually wrapped in tissue paper and then in bubble wrap. This helps to prevent any rubbing or shifting during shipping. We ship with new boxes and shipping material to insure safe delivery. Each package is packed tightly to prevent rubbing. We do not ship shoes with the box unless asked. This helps to keep the shoes safe during transit and also keep shipping costs low.
