Returns and exchange details

We strive to ensure that all of our customers who purchase our designs are completely satisified with their selections. In efforts maintain our high standards of quality and to provide all of our customers with quality products, and fair, consistent and the best possible service, please read the following pertaining to our exchange policy.

Please notify us, via email, within 48 hours of delivery, of your desire to exchange your item for new selection currently on the site. You will receive a confirmation email from us.

The jewelry must be returned and received by us no later than the 7th day from the original date of purchase, in its unworn, unaltered and the original wear-ready condition it was mailed in.

The customer will receive a Merchandise Credit, and may not be redeemed for cash.

All shipping costs and paypal fees are non-refundable. Jewelry exchanges may be applied only to merchandise currently available on our website.

The Merchandise Credit is valid for only three months from original date of purchase.

There are no refunds at any time.

Exchanges only within 14 days of original purchase date, as long as the exchange conditions are met.

Exchanges can only be processed once.

Shipping policies

We offer First class mail/ International first class automatically calculated to your destination for your deliveries. Fees apply for orders with multiple items, see shipping rates when ordering.

Additional Insurance or other shipping options can be added per your request.

Every jewelry piece is mailed from our site in quality-made, perfect, wear-ready condition. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item and we will be glad to assist you.

All jewelry is protected inside cotton-filled boxes. All our packaging is 100% biodegradable, made from recycled materials.
