No, we can make as big as a dinner plate and as thick as a table.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes we can, international shipping time and the cost varies depending on products and location.

How long does production usually take?
From production to your door normally takes around 3 weeks but time varies and can sometimes take up to 6 weeks. We aim to get your products to you as quickly as we can. *

What forms of payment do you accept?
If you are in New Zealand we accept bank transfer or Pay pal and only Pay pal for international customers.

Are all your products organic and vegan friendly?
Yes they are, all our woods are from 100% renewable resources and our finishes are either oiled (jojoba or almond oil),or bees waxed

Can you make custom designs?
We can make almost anything you can think of. We also work closely with a laser engraver so it's possible for us to have pictures or designs carved into the wood.

Do you offer wholesale discount?
Yes! We sure do, please email us on the contact page for more information.

What if I order the wrong size?
We ask that you take care when you place your order with us as due to hygiene reasons we can't take returns.

Can I wear my plugs or tunnels swimming or in the shower?
No, as wood is porous we recommend that you always take your jewelry out before submersing your lovely ears in water. Water will cause the wood to swell.

What if I have allergies? E.g. Bees.
We ask that you let us know of allergies you have that may be affected by our array of products and materials used in production. If you don't tell us, we don't know.

Can I have a reaction to certain types of wood?
Yes! As you are putting a foreign body in your ears of course it is possible some people may have a bad reaction. Although we don't have any knowledge to this day of anyone who has been affected by our products, never say never. If you see change in your lobes stop use of the products immediately.

Why aren't my plugs perfect?
Even though we get your jewelry as perfect as humanly possible, the size may vary 0.3-0.5mm either way as they are handmade to order

How do i stretch larger?
We have a stretching guide that explains in detail the different safe methods of stretching.

How do i become endorsed?
Please email us with all the details about why we should endorse you.

Can i make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Yes you can make changes but only with 24-36 hours of placing orders. If you wish to change something after this time period you may incur a cancellation charge.

What does "wearable area" mean?
The wearable are is the space where your lobe sits between the flares

Why is organic jewelry the best?
We feel that organic is best because it is exactly that, organic/not man made. With organic jewelry the "ear cheese" effect is non-existent.

How do i care for my organic jewelry?
With wooden jewelry we recommend that you oil them once or twice a month and every week wipe off the dead skin from the wearable area. With stone wipe off the dead skin from the wearable once a week.

I have a question but can't find an answer, what should i do?
