** Domestic shipping**
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and ship within 3-5 business days on decal orders. Needle felted orders vary by item being ordered and custom nature.

Please note our shop can not be held responsible for lost, delayed or damaged parcels due to USPS handling. Our shop will not issue refunds for any shipping costs related to issues caused by shipping carriers. Make sure your address is correct when ordering as well to avoid return to sender situations. Once items leave our shop and are scanned in by USPS our shop is no longer responsible and shipping costs are non-refundable. Tracking numbers are available with every order to keep track of this and document that the order has shipped and its last location or delivery of.



**International Shipping**
We do ship internationally. Please be aware of ship times and that our shop is not responsible for any custom or duty fees or delays. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for delivery, sometimes longer. We are not responsible for any delays.

Please be sure when purchasing decals that you have the correct surface for adhesion. Decals will not adhere well to textured or bumpy surfaces such as textured metal, wood, rubber, silicone, and some painted surfaces. Shop not responsible for decals that do not stick if items are purchased for incorrect surfaces for adhesion.
