This journal is made from a beautiful caramel brown leather. I gave it a subtle patina to enhance its vintage look. The closing system is made from a darker brown leather ribbon that wraps around it.
Bound style: longstitch, with strong thread.
The paper is hand torn having beautiful rugged edges. Three types of paper are available, all unlined. Lower number of gsm thickness means the paper is thinner (usually used for writing), and a high number means the paper is thicker (writing and drawing).
The options you can choose from are:
6x4 inches, 200 pages white paper, 100 gsm paper thickness
6x4 inches, 200 pages, vintage style paper, 90 gsm paper thickness
6.7x4.7 inches, 200 pages, vintage style paper, 90 gsm paper thickness
7x5 inches, 250 pages, vintage paper, 90 gsm paper thickness
9x6.5 inches, 280 pages, vintage style paper, 90 gsm paper thickness
*pages are counted front and back like in a book.
*sizes are approximate - since every step of the bookbinding process is done by hand, small differences may occur.
