A set of three antique earthenware storage containers made for the French market by Ditmar Urbach of Czechoslovakia. These lovely canisters are a subtle shade of yellow and decorated with a floral pattern and also the names of what was kept inside (of course you can put anything you want in them). From the largest downwards we have: Sucre - sugar, Farine - flour, Café - coffee. Circa. 1930s.
Conditions: All good and suitable for both display and use - below is a more detailed description.
Sucre canister is in good condition with only age-related wear such as staining and crazing and a manufacturing defect in the interior's bottom (piece of excess porcelain).
Farine - good condition with only minor age-related wear such as staining and crazing.
Café - good condition with only minor age-related wear such as staining and crazing and a small hair to the rear and out of sight which is about 2 cm long.
