THE PRINT AT HOME PATTERN (prints on A4 or US letter paper) IS COMBINED WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS. You will find a list of page numbers in the instructions so you can just print the pages you choose to save ink and paper.

We now include a separate A0 COPYSHOP file.

*IF YOU ARE ONLY SEEING 2 PAGES TO PRINT AT HOME, YOU HAVE PROBABLY OPENED THE A0 FILE, use the print at home pattern file (this may be combined with the Maker Instructions)

All Maven Patterns sewing patterns are for personal use only and not to be shared, resold, redistributed or used in any form for commercial purposes.
Our patterns may not be used to produce goods for commercial sale.

We aim to despatch your pattern within 2-3 working days using Royal Mail services.
UK: Royal Mail 48 service.
Europe & Rest of World: International Tracked or Signed for services.
DELIVERY TIMES VARY AROUND THE WORLD:
This could take longer to some destinations than usual. Please allow sufficient time for your items to arrive. We cannot guarantee a delivery date and are not responsible for delays due to items held up by Customs. If a pattern is needed for a specific date, we recommend purchasing our digital patterns.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT

DIGITAL PATTERNS: refunds will not be given for digital products
PRINTED PATTERNS: We hope you are delighted with your pattern. *Should you wish to return a physical product please contact us within 7 days before doing so.
*Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned goods.
*Goods must be in their original condition – undamaged, unopened and unused. Cut patterns cannot be returned for any reason.
*We DO NOT refund the original postage costs for returned goods.
Postal charges will only be reimbursed to you by us in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
*You are responsible for Postage & other return costs, the goods are also your responsibility until they have been received by us.

*We recommend using a recorded delivery/tracked postal service and packing well to avoid damage to the pattern in the post. *Postal charges will only be reimbursed to you by us in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
*Should a refund be agreed for any reason, the item must be returned to seller within 14 days of receiving the item.
*You are also fully responsible for the payment of any international taxes levied for a return package, e.g customs duty and/or VAT. To avoid this charge, please clearly mark your parcel RETURNED MERCHANDISE.
