Silver tone metal alloy Celtic knot leaf Pendant.

With soft flat black suede style thong/cord.

Silver plated cord ends with lobster clasp fastening.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FAQs

For general returns within the EU the cost of return will be the senders, however the original delivery charge will be refunded along with the cost of the item/s purchased.
For general returns outside of the EU the cost of return will be the senders & I will not refund the original delivery charge.

For reasons of health & hygiene I am unable to accept returns for, or refund, pierced earrings and other pierced body jewellery unless faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations, further details of which are available from the local trading standard department or citizens advice bureau.
Under distance selling regulations, you may cancel your order at any point from placing the order up until fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after your order has reached you.
Please bear in mind that unless cancellation takes place before payment has been processed your order could possibly still be shipped to you & you would be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred if this is the case.
It is your responsibility to ensure the importation of the products you order is permitted in the country you specify for delivery. This may cause delay in delivery to you for which I do not accept any responsibility.
Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state &/or federal government import regulations & there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect you receiving any of the items I offer for sale & you accept full risk of this.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct on your order. I cannot accept liability for any loss if your address has been incorrectly entered on your order.
I prefer payment for orders to be made using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay this way & can use the 'guest' checkout option using your credit or debit card.
You can also make payment via direct checkout through Etsy using a credit or debit card.

All orders must be paid for within a maximum timeframe of 3 days or the order will be cancelled through Etsy & the items will be relisted for sale.

All coupon codes available during shop promotions must be applied to your order in your shopping cart and cannot be used after purchase to claim a refund. Discounts apply to purchase prices only and do not affect shipping costs or give a discount on them. All my usual policies, T&Cs and FAQs apply and remain unaffected.
All product & postage prices are quoted. All products are sold by me on a delivery duty unpaid basis. You may have to pay a customs fee or import duty before the product can be delivered to you. Further taxes, fees or levies may also be payable depending on the local laws of the country of delivery. I cannot take any responsibility for this and it is your duty to check any additional costs of international delivery to your preferred country before placing an order with me.
I am happy to accept custom order requests. In general, custom orders take longer to prepare & you will be advised of any applicable timeframe needed for this.
At busy times (including the Christmas season) I am sometimes unable to accept custom orders or there may be a long waiting time.
If you wish, I can reserve or place items on hold to allow you time to place an order or make payment. I am unable to ship an item/order until payment in full is received for goods plus shipping cost.

My jewellery is made with due care & attention but could become discoloured or damaged if you misuse it or allow contact with water, perfumes & cosmetics.
I do not advise getting any jewellery wet (through bathing, showering, swimming in a pool or the sea, etc.).
Sweat & other bodily fluids could also damage or discolour jewellery & reasonable care should be taken when wearing it.
Within each of my listings it will state what the item has been made with (metals, fabrics, ceramics, patinas, enamels, glues, resins, gemstones, glass, etc.).
I am always willing to help if you have a specific question about an item I am selling or if you have a problem with an order you have placed or received.

Please feel free to convo me at anytime but please allow a reasonable amount of time for me to reply. I live in a remote rural location & internet access is occasionally a real problem here. Unfortunately, I am not able to monitor my shop 24 hours a day.

Your order will be shipped to the exact address you entered on your Etsy order, so please ensure that you have entered it correctly.

The handling/processing time of 1 to 5 working days (excludes Saturday, Sunday & UK Bank Holidays).

All orders are shipped by recorded or tracked delivery, I will add the tracking number to your order once the information is available. You will then be able to track your order through the Royal Mail website & (hopefully) your countries postal service website (USPS, etc.).

If an order is not accepted or collected from the post office & is returned to me, I will contact you to arrange payment for redelivery. I do not refund ‘returned to sender’ orders that have been made to order.
