Description

'Hearts and Saris' porcelain mug taken from an original watercolour painting by Suzie Nichols. Original painting was created in watercolour using indian printing blocks and detail added in silver acrylic paint. These mugs have the design on both sides and would make a lovely present from a child to Grandma or Mum for Valentine's Day or a birthday. (Please note that you would be purchasing ONE mug- the image shows three to illustrate that they are printed on both sides!)

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
All Payments are inclusive of any taxes. Shipping costs are detailed separately. Payment is via the Etsy website and can be made via credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards or PayPal. All purchases and commissions are paid for in advance. I like to ensure a customer is happy with an intended commission before I send out an invoice, so will discuss options etc. via an Etsy conversation BEFORE payment. This may also include photographs to give an idea of how a finished item will look. By paying the invoice the customer has accepted a contract to have a commission made and no refunds will be offered unless the item is damaged/ faulty. I will also send images of the completed item before posting, so that any slight amendments can be made at that stage.

Shipping policies

Items are posted using Royal Mail or Parcelforce signed for/ tracked. Once posted I will contact the buyer with tracking details where available. Items held in stock are sent out within 3 working days. Timescales for commissions will vary depending on my workload. On agreeing to undertake a commission item I will discuss the timescale with the customer and this will be detailed on the commission invoice. If, for any reason I cannot post an item within stated deadlines I will contact a buyer at the earliest opportunity to warn them and try to rectify this.

Additional policies

Commissions: It is my policy to have an Etsy conversation with a customer BEFORE undertaking a commission/ bespoke item to ensure that I can create what they are after and can complete an item within a timescale that is acceptable to them. Customers should be aware that without this conversation I cannot guarantee that I can undertake a commission/bespoke item to their satisfaction and as such may have to cancel an order and refund any money already paid.
