DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONS:

Carolina Cotton Company ships all orders to the Etsy address provided in your order details. If you would like your order to be shipped to another address please leave us a note at checkout.

Please be sure that the address you provided is correct. If you type in an invalid address, there is nothing we can do for your lost package unless it comes back to us. Carolina Cotton Company is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information is showing the item has been shipped to the address given by the customer.

If you are unhappy with your purchase because you failed to purchase insurance and the post office damaged or lost your package, it is NOT the fault of our shop. Priority mail orders have $50 of insurance automatically. But any insurance above that or insurance for first class is the responsibility of the customer. We have absolutely zero control over the procedures of the post office and the conduct of their employees. Thus, we are not liable for their mistakes and their mistakes are not a reflection of our company.

Packages with a value over $200 will have signature confirmation and must be signed for upon arrival. Insurance will also be added on packages over $200 or at our discretion.

Carolina Cotton Company reserves the right without prior notice to change any specifications or prices on products offered through our Etsy store.

HOW TO

Place an order:
1. Find the fabric you want to buy.
2. If applicable, choose the desired “Quantity”, “Fabric Cut Size”, and “Pattern” in the drop-down boxes.
*The images and the pattern numbers in the drop-down box are listed in the correct corresponding order. (For Example, The 1st picture corresponds to the 1st pattern number in the drop-down-box, the 2nd picture corresponds to the 2nd pattern number in the drop-down-box, etc.)*
* Panels are one size only. If you choose a panel, you must choose the panel size and price. If a different size and price are chosen, we will contact you. If you do not pay the additional balance within 3 days, we will send the cut size you ordered of a similar fabric from the collection.
3. Click the “Add To Cart” button.
4. To ensure a CLEAR understanding of what you are ordering, please read the ENTIRE description of the listing! If you are unsure of which pattern you are wanting or have ANY questions at all, please don't hesitate to send us a message! We are here to help you!



CUTTING

*If you are wanting a continuous 1.5-yard cut, you will choose:

FABRIC CUT: 1 YARD
QUANTITY: 1
&
FABRIC CUT: 1/2 YARD
QUANTITY: 1

*We always cut continuously & multiple quantities will come as continuous lengths.

*We usually will cut about a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch over what was ordered. Rotary cutters are used and we do our best to cut all fabrics straight. In some cases, blocked patterns may not be cut exactly on the line or straight due to how the fabric is rolled on the bolts. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

*We sell by 1/4 yard increments. You may order a 1/4 yard, a 1/2 yard, a 3/4 yard, 1 yard, 1 1/4 yards, 1 1/2 yards, 1 3/4 yards, 2 yards, and so on.

*Single 1/4 yards cuts are more expensive due to the fact that they are labor-intensive to pull, cut, package, re-inventory, bill and ship all for a ¼ yard.

*Fabric is cut "straight" according to the way the fabric is folded and started on the board by the manufacturer - which is not always symmetrical to the design. When purchasing a "directional fabric", we recommend you purchase a little extra so that you may straighten and place the design in your project exactly how you would like.


RESERVED LISTINGS & CUSTOM ORDERS

If you would like to purchase more fabric than what is listed or you would like exact shipping costs, please click the “Request a Custom Order” button towards the bottom left-hand side of the page and we will set up a reserved listing for you.

All custom listings must be purchased within 24 hours. If a custom listing is not purchased within 24 hours, the fabric will be made available for others to purchase. After 24 hours, we can no longer guarantee the fabric you requested will be in stock.

A $1 custom listing fee will be added to all custom listings. No cancellations or returns on custom listings, thank you.

Custom Cuts and Fat Quarters are $0.50 extra per piece.


PRICES

Prices are not negotiable. We strive to keep prices low for everyone. These fabrics typically retail for around $10- $17 a yard, so everything is already at a discount! We do not offer discount codes and we do not sell this fabric wholesale.

PayPal is a service that securely facilitates online payments. Buyers can use a credit card or PayPal account to submit payment for Etsy purchases without sharing financial information.


DISCLAIMER OF PHOTOS

Please consider monitor differences when viewing pictures and colors and feel free to ask us any questions to help clarify. We would be more than happy to LOOK at the fabric choices you are considering and tell you how they blend in person. We may be able to send you a small swatch if you plan to make a purchase with us. We will also take more pictures for you! We do it ALL the time! :)

Colors and photo sizes may vary based upon screen resolution and other computer settings outside of Carolina Cotton Company’s control. The photo may differ from the actual product due to the reproduction limitations of the photograph and limitations of viewing photos at different resolutions, hue, brightness, contrast, and other screen variations. Due to these limitations, photos may not provide a perfect match to the actual product received.


OTHER

Fabric problems are NOT the end of the world. In most cases, we can find a solution. Take a deep breath and calm down because we do not respond to hostility or angry messages.

We recommend washing all fabrics in cold water to avoid any color fading.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to read any business's policies prior to purchasing. Once a purchase is made, that indicates agreement to that shop's policies.
