Should you cancel the special order, you will forfeit the deposit. If you place the order through the Alchemy system, all Alchemy procedures will be followed.
Custom orders will be listed in the shop as a 'reserved order’ under your Etsy username. You will be expected to pay the agreed upon deposit and purchase the reserved listing. The deposit amount will be invoiced via PayPal and the balance amount will be included in the listing for purchase once the items are ready to ship.
