We design and make everything by hand from our Suffolk workshop. This listing is for one individual coat hook.
These coat hooks are very strong and ideal for fixing to walls, doors and furniture woodwork. The wood is steam bent into shape from a single piece and comes with either Stainless Steel, Solid Brass or Black Japanned screws along with wall fixing plugs.
These hooks are designed to have the least amount of impact on the environment. The wood sourced is from offcuts and the fire to create the steam is made from the tiny offcuts and sawdust. The process of steam-bending wood manipulating it into a new form is an ecological and low energy method, eliminating the need to laminate with unpleasant glues or create extra cutting waste.

Great purchase experience, all around. I loved the look of these hooks, but I had a very specific location in mind and the mounting holes were too far apart. I asked the maker if he could make some with the holes at a specific distance. Very quickly he got back to me with a photo of a sample he had done to see if it worked and it looked fantastic. The hooks came in the time expected and they look stunning.

The hooks and lamps are gorgeous! I love 'em! Please keep me in mind if you ever design and make a larger mirror. I will snap one up faster than you can say, "Bob's your uncle!"
