-STANDARD SHIPPING times are normally: 24/48h within Spain, 24-48h main EUROPEAN cities, and 3-6 working days to EEUU, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and most other destinations worldwide.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: You can add the express shipping to your order for fast delivery: 24h ALL EUROPE, 48H EEUU, 2/4 days shipping to most other destinations worldwide.

Please note that your package may need a signature upon delivery.

COLOR SAMPLES ships within 1-3 business days. Color samples are normally sent by regular postal service but fast shipping can be added in the checkout for quick delivery.

- WHAT ARE THE SIZES FOR THE DRESSES?
The "standard size/ready to ship" dresses comes either as one size (made to fit sizes between 2-12 US/32-43 EU) or in specified sizes. In each listing you will find more information of the size options available for the specific model.

The dresses "made to measure" are made after your personal measurements.
For these dresses we will need you to add your measurements when placing the order. The measurements required are specified in the listing description for each dress.

- HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE AND MODEL FOR MY WEDDING DRESS?

Our dresses are very ”forgiving” and comfortable. Many women still use the standard size/ready to ship dresses, but you can also choose to order a dress ”made to measure”. Then please add the measurement from under chest to floor, including belly (with the shoes you will wear).

-I WOULD LIKE TO SEE SAMPLES OF THE COLORS AND THE MATERIAL.

-IS MY DRESS SENT? I CAN'T FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
I always let you know when your dress is sent and you´ll find the tracking number in the email from Etsy. You can also find the status of your order by going to "your account” and then click "purchase and reviews".

-IF I DON'T LIKE THE DRESS, CAN I RETURN IT?
If it’s a dress "made-to-measure" or another custom made item, unfortunately not.
If it´s a standard size/ready-to-ship item you are welcome to return it if you don´t like it. Please see our return policy for further details and exceptions.

-I'M GETTING MARRIED AND WANT TO ORDER DRESSES FOR MY BRIDESMAIDS, IS THERE SOMETHING SPECIFIC TO THINK OF?
Wether it´s our standard sized dresses, made to measure or a mixed order we are happy to help you to get the perfect look for your big day. If ordered separately, please let us know beforehand that the dresses are for the same occasion, so that we can make sure they are made from the same dye-lot (as the color of the fabric might vary slightly).

-I WOULD LIKE TO WEAR A BRA UNDER THE DRESS, HOW CAN I COVER IT?
We have a tube top made to match our dresses. This gives a little extra hold and can also cover a strapless bra. The tube top is included with many of the dresses, but please see item description for each specific item.

-HOW CAN I WASH MY DRESS?
Our dresses can be machine washed cold using a standard detergent, preferably in washing bag. Hang to dry. Cool iron. Do not bleach nor tumble dry. The dresses can be dry cleaned.

-IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING, WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
Please inform us asap if you notice you’ve put the wrong address (orders@mimetikbcn.com), and we will do our best to help you.
But please be aware that if the parcel is already sent out and is returned because of an incorrect address, it will result in additional shipping fees to be covered by the buyer.
