We create each item at the time you order so please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Keep in mind that we get SUPER busy during the holidays (Father's Day + Christmas are especially hectic) so allow an extra couple of weeks during these times.

We ship via FedEx (SmartPost, Ground, & Home Delivery) or USPS (First Class Mail, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail) at our discretion. Standard shipping times within the contiguous 48 states typically take 2-8 business days. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a shipping time frame with standard shipping.
Please be sure that the shipping address you provide is 100% complete, correct, and can receive packages from both FedEx and the USPS.
Need it faster? Contact us for an express shipping quote PRIOR to placing your order! Be sure to include the item you would like, your deadline, and what state you live in.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Unfortunately once the item has been customized we can no longer cancel the order.
If there is a problem with the item (damage, defect, incorrect engraving, etc.) please email us immediately with photos of the issue so we can fix it as soon as possible. For damaged items, we must receive notice of the damage within 21 days of your receipt of the item.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalized items unless there was an error on our side.
