Description

Printed on a 50/50 Screen Stars (THE best vintage tee brand, so friggin' soft and comfy) black shirt and has faded considerably - the shirt is not deep black any longer, and the print on the front has faded so much you can hardly make out the writing, but that only adds to its vintage charm.

The Indian Motocycle Museum operated out of Springfield, MA between 1974-2006 and featured over two dozen bikes produced by Indian Manufacturing Company (also out of Springfield) between 1901-1953, making this shirt a rare and excellent addition to your collection.

Marked a size M but would probably best fit a modern XXS-S, though please do check the measurements to be sure. All measurements are taken while garment is lying flat, so please double where appropriate:

shoulder to shoulder: 16.75 inches/42.5cm
underarm to underarm: 18.75 inches/47.5cm
waist: 18.5 inches/47cm
hips: 19 inches/48cm
sleeve length: 5 inches/13cm
sleeve opening: 7 inches/18cm
length: 23.75 inches/60cm

era: late 70s—early 80s
content: 50% cotton, 50% polyester
care: machine wash cold, tumble dry low
condition: good vintage condition - print is very faded in spots but there are no rips, holes, or stains
country of origin: USA
brand: Screen Stars/Indian Motocycles

FAQs

ALL SIZES LISTED ARE ESTIMATES! Please see the measurements for a better idea of the true size of each item, and compare them with an article of clothing you already own (remember that measurements are taken while garment is lying flat, so double where appropriate).
If the shipping cost seems especially exorbitant it is probably just the USPS and their ever-increasing prices, but feel free to convo me with your exact location to double-check.

I will NOT falsify any information on customs forms. Please do not ask.
I do my best to package and ship orders the day they are received, but sometimes it can take up to two business days for your order to ship. That said, most US buyers receive their order within 2-5 business days of placing it.

I try to use recycled/recyclable/reusable bags/boxes/packaging to further limit our impact on the environment (another vintage bonus!).
Although we do not offer returns/exchanges based on the nature of vintage items and the time spent photographing, measuring, and cataloguing each piece, the EU has some very fancy consumer protection laws and EU-based customers are entitled to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact me within 14 days in order to arrange this.

Please note that this does not apply to items such as earrings, swimsuits, or lingerie, due to hygienic reasons.
