Our wool and foam pillows are filled with a shredded foam core cocooned in many layers of soft, breathable, organic wool. Natural, chemical untreated wool has a tendency to compress, and the pillow after long use becomes lower. The pillow core provides gentle support for your head and neck, and the wool fiber promotes air circulation to prevent heat buildup. Surrounded by premium quality natural wool it provides the perfect support and never feels damp. You'll enjoy its comfort both in the heat of summer and on cold winter nights. • Filling - 50% of the polyurethane foam, 50% of Lithuanian sheep wool
• a shredded foam core keeps the pillow form, and the body heat compresses the pillow to a comfortable height.

Care:
Dry cleaning is the way to clean a wool comforter. In between the dry cleaning, a good shake in open air is adequate. Also, ventilate if a natural wool smell seems too strong.

"Labos Nakties" ("Good Night" in English) products use wool untreated by chemicals, thus retaining all its best features. However, the wool has to be prepared before it can be used and is thoroughly washed with natural soap in order to preserve the lanolin, a fatty substance that helps to maintain its softness and waviness. Wool is naturally wavy, its threads are separate and insulated with air ensuring the fabric retains heat and that correct body temperatures can be maintained while sleeping. Wool retains its warmth but does not overheat the body. Wool absorbs moisture but also allows it to evaporate. This is especially important during colder months since even the smallest amount of moisture cools the body. Synthetic fibers absorb an average of 2% moisture, whilst wool fiber can absorb around 34% of its own weight in moisture without causing feelings of humidity.

"Good Night" products are handmade, starting from sheep farming to the final product.

I am thoroughly happy with these pillows. I have been looking for an eco friendly alternative to down and polyester pillows. I bought wool pillows for my daughter but wasn't entirely happy with them (though she likes them so that's what matters). I love this combination of wool and memory foam, which provides a lovely combination of support and softness. I could smell the lanolin in the wool as soon as I opened the box, which I also love. I use cloth diapers and wool covers and both am accustomed to and enjoy the smell of lanolin. The shop owner shipped quickly and was very responsive to my inquiries prior to purchase. I would absolutely buy these again and shop here again.
