Returns and exchange details

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will do whatever is in my power to resolve any issues you may have. I accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your purchase’s arrival. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage. Orders for stamped jewelry and certain custom jewelry (special order colors, materials, etc) cannot be returned.

Shipping policies

I typically ship United States Postal Service First Class Mail for both domestic and international packages. For purchases made directly from the shop stock, please allow for 2-5 business days for your purchase to be shipped. For custom orders, I will estimate the time needed as your item will need to be made. This is usually within the same 2-5 days unless the order is large or very specific materials are needed. Once your purchases have been shipped I will send you a tracking number so that you can keep track of your package.

International shipping: Please be aware that some countries, especially the UK, may charge import fees. The buyer is responsible for paying these fees.

If you need expedited shipping, I will work with you to get your purchases to you by the time you need them.

Additional policies

Custom orders must be purchased before the item(s) can be made. I do not always have the materials on hand and will need to purchase them for your order. Once we confirm the details of your custom order, I will create a listing just for you with the specifics you require. Upon payment, I will create your item(s) and send you multiple images of your order. If you are not satisfied with what you see, I can make changes to the design or give you a full refund including shipping.

If you are pleased with your order, I will ship it within 2-5 business days. Once you receive your order you have 7 business days to return the item for a refund but please note that you will be in charge of return shipping.
