During checkout, there will be a place to leave an optional note to seller. If you are on the full site, this should display as a box that says "Add an optional note to seller" at the very bottom of your order screen. If you are mobile, it should display as a line instead of a box, and just be right above your order total. If you still have problems finding it, you can always go ahead and place the order, and then send me the information in a message.

Each set will be split between all of the designs in the listing photo. If a set has multiple designs, but you would only prefer one of the designs be used, you can let me know in the note to seller.

Unfortunately, the waterproof labels are meant to adhere to smooth surfaces only, and won't get a good grip on clothing. They can be used temporarily, but will need to be removed before placing clothing in the washing machine. I do offer iron on clothing labels, which are permanent and can withstand a washer and dryer.

They are waterproof and dishwasher safe, as long as they are applied properly. These labels are only waterproof if water is unable to reach the adhesive. Labels must be placed on a smooth, flat surface to withstand water. If there are any creases or wrinkles, water can get behind the label and dissolve the adhesive. If the label is placed on a highly curved area or a surface such as rubber, polypropylene or neoprene, they may be compromised by water.
These materials have a lower factor of adhesion and the labels may fall off these materials.

Standard Shipping arrives in 3-10 business days and is not recommended for time sensitive orders. Tracking for this shipping method is provided by Etsy

First Class Parcel arrives in 2-6 business days and includes tracking through USPS.

Priority Mail arrives in 1-4 business days and includes tracking through USPS.

Priority Express arrives in 1-2 business days and includes tracking through USPS.

The tracking number is sent to your email with the shipping notification. You can also view your tracking number in the Purchases and Reviews section of your profile.

Standard Shipping ($0.95) is only trackable via Etsy. Though the order is carried by USPS, it is not trackable on the USPS website.

All other US shipping methods are trackable on both Etsy and USPS websites.

★If you ordered with standard shipping:
Your order should be in your mailbox. The order will be in a 5"x 7" envelope. Since these envelopes are very thin, the order may have gotten stuck between other pieces or mail, magazines, ads, etc, or it may have gotten set aside by a family member.

★If you ordered with First-Class or Priority Shipping:
Your order will be in a white rigid mailer & should be delivered to your mailbox or may have been left where you normally receive packages, such as the front door, carport, front desk, etc.

Due to COVID and the defunding of USPS, sometimes the envelope will be marked as delivered but received by the customer a few days later. Please allow at least three business days for the order to be delivered.
