Grapefruit essential oil is rich in the antioxidant d-limonene that it is nourishing to the skin. Limonene (d-limonene) is a powerful antioxidant found in the peels of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, orange and lemon. Grapefruit essential oil helps to clear congested oily skin and acne while toning the skin and tissues. In addition, as with all citrus oils, it has an uplifting aroma which may help with anxiety and stress.

Benefits of Coconut Oil:

- good for treating acne, psoriasis, and eczema

Benefits of Palm Oil:
- contains a refatting agent that helps restore the skin's natural oils
