Orders are generally shipped within two business days. Most items are shipped USPS First Class Mail in a bubble envelop, unless otherwise noted in the respective listing description, for a flat rate of $4.00 NO MATTER how many items you purchase for US customers (inclusive of US territories). For Canadian customers, your shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 International First Class Mail NO MATTER how many items you purchase. For all other international customers, your shipping is a flat rate of $14.00 International First Class Package Mail NO MATTER how many items you purchase. There are only a few items we carry in the shop that do not fall into these shipping rate categories. Please read all product and shipping descriptions for each respective listing.

If you place an order before noon (PST), more than likely, your order will be processed immediately if I am not traveling or exhibiting at a show. Your order may even ship the same day! All items ship with free delivery confirmation. An automated delivery confirmation email will be sent at the time of shipment.

Insurance is optional and not included. The seller bears no responsibility for USPS postal damage, shipping delays or lost if insurance is not purchased. If you want to purchase insurance please let me know. Arrangements can also be made to upgrade shipping if you wish to receive your items quicker.

Please note for International customers, International First Class Package Mail can take from 1 week to 8 weeks dependent on your region. I declare items shipped internationally as "craft supplies". The buyer is responsible for any international custom fees incurred by your regional local post office. For International Customers who desire for shipping upgrades, please convo me for a quote.
 

Washington residents are subject to a sales tax which is calculated by Etsy dependent on your location.

If you require additional items of the same product, they may be in stock or special ordered for you. I have many resources through my many years of design work so can maybe even locate hard to find items for you.

At times, I may be traveling to or exhibiting at a trade show and in those instances, the shop may be closed. If the shop remains open, select items or categories may be temporarily unavailable. If you remember seeing something you wanted to purchase but for some reason can no longer locate in the shop, please convo me. I do take select items to trade shows and the inventory may be slightly off. If an item is sold out in your order, I will promptly contact you and issue a refund.

All finished jewelry samples shown in shop listings are copyrighted or have appeared in a trade publication from 2006 to 2018. Designs from magazines, from books and PDF tutorials are copyrighted by the original publisher and myself. No design is to be copied, taught as your own design or the likeness replicated, EVEN IF, the design appeared in a trade publication WITHOUT written consent from me. Designs in trade publications are for individual use only and not for resale, not to be re-taught at a beadstore or for digital distribution.
