All orders are shipped via USPS, and typically ship within 48 hours of payment being received. Sometimes it can take up to 4 business days for your order to ship, depending on order volume.

Most orders ship via First Class mail. Should you need to upgrade to expedited shipping, please send me a message.

Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is correct. If an order is returned because of an incorrect shipping address, or was determined undeliverable for any reason, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping fee. Should you chose a refund over re-shipping, original shipping costs will not be refunded. You will only receive a refund for the cost of the actual products ordered.

Refunds will not be issued for any packages shown as delivered by the tracking number.

Whenever possible, your order will be packaged using recycled and reusable materials. I encourage you to continue the cycle and reuse as much of the packing paper, tissue paper, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. that you can. Together we can help reduce our impact on the environment. Every small step makes a difference.
