Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving them as long as the item is in salable condition and still in the original, unopened, clear packaging. Only the purchase price will be refunded, not shipping costs for either the purchase or the return. The refund will be sent via PayPal.

All items are normally shipped USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping prices reflect postage and packaging materials. If you prefer, priority class mail and/or insurance can be arranged for a nominal fee.

Orders ship as soon as printing is complete. For United States residents, once I ship your order, it normally arrives within another 3-7 business days. International shipping times may vary.
Special Note on Shipping Cost: Buy multiple items at the regular price, save on shipping costs. Since I can mail all your photos / note cards in the same package (except for 16x20 prints mailed in a tube), you can save money since there will be just one shipping cost to cover the cost of shipping all the items together. For your convenience, I will still give you one shipping cost if you buy a 16x20 print along with something else.
