This is a game played by Dakarkari people of Nigeria. The Dara board consists of thirty holes in five rows of six each and directions of valid movement between these holes are connected by lines.

The game play has two phases. In the first phase, game pieces are placed one at a time in the holes in alternate turns of play. When all pieces have been positioned the second phase begins. In the second phase, alternately, one piece is moved orthogonally to an adjacent hole, the goal being to form a line of three pieces in consecutive holes orthogonally, but not diagonally. When a THREE is formed the player removes one of his/her opponent’s pieces from the board. The game ends when a player is unable to make further lines of three pieces.

Skillful placing of the pieces in the first phase of the game might be decisive in the second.

Each board is made of 11-ply premium ¾" (1.895 cm) thick Birch plywood for long-term durability. Since wood is a natural product, each board has a unique grain making it one-of-a-kind. The boards are sold stained. The stained boards are satin clear-coated for maximum protection and easy cleaning. Each game comes with two sets of distinctly colored game pieces as well as detailed rules and how-to-play instructions booklet. The colors of game pieces are subject to availability.
