This is a gift that may not make it to the recipient. It is super adorable. Very nicely crafted. Again another simple yet sophisticated piece. Amazing delivery even during the holiday season. Great packaging. A new fan!

Your happiness with your jewelry is paramount. We strive to offer excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience in our shop. If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, please contact me for resolution within 7 days. If your order was a custom piece such as an initial or a custom length which is anything shorter than the standard 16 inches, I can offer you an exchange ONLY within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned in its original condition. Please note that a re-working fee will be involved as well as shipping charges. please convo me with returns/ exchange inquiries.
Please note that I will not be responsible for lost or misplaced jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of repair, please contact me before it gets lost, falls off, etc. I cannot accept responsibility in these cases.
Your jewelry is made to order and it is strongly recommended that you make sure of the length of necklace needed. Every neck is a different shape and size and it is not one size fits all, especially with chokers. If you order a length that doesn't end up fitting, you have two options (but both cost time and money for both of us). You can either choose an extender chain or you can mail it back to me for exchange BUT there will be a charge for shipping and a re-working fee. Thank you for your understanding on this matter and please measure, it saves us both!
A word about sterling silver: Sterling silver will tarnish, it is a natural process and does not mean that your jewelry is not actual sterling silver. Tarnish is a surface stain that can be removed. Hair dye, chlorine, bleach, humidity and anything containing sulphur will speed up the tarnishing (oxidation) process. I recommend a silver polishing cloth or silver cleaner for jewelry without stones. Follow all directions on the package and your jewelry will clean right up. Storing your sterling silver jewelry away from air will slow down the oxidation process, we recommend placing jewelry in those little tiny ziplock bags and squeeze all air out of bag.
A word about Gold Filled: Gold filled metal is not solid gold. The only jewelry that will stay gold forever is solid gold. Solid gold is much more expensive than gold filled or plated gold. Plated gold will wear off the quickest and turn to the color of the base metal (not to be confused with the term tarnish, which is a surface stain that can be removed) while gold filled is much thicker and heavier than plated metal. It is the next best thing you can buy to solid gold but it also has limitations and will not last forever. If you want a forever piece, go for solid gold. Gold filled does not tarnish but eventually the gold may wear down.

Feel free to ask any questions about custom orders. Pictures are helpful and worth a thousand words. Please be as descriptive as possible.
Necklace length can be customized. If you do not see the length desired in the drop down box at checkout, please convo me. There may be a small charge for lengths longer than 18 inches. please keep neck size in mind as you order, larger necks will want longer than the standard and smaller necks may want shorter than the standard length. If you are unsure, take a piece of yarn and wrap around your neck to desired length, then measure.
Sterling silver does tarnish. the best way to prevent tarnish is to store it in those tiny zip lock bags. Sulphur in the air is the main culprit of tarnish. chlorine in pool water will tarnish sterling silver so do not wear jewelry swimming. hair dye can also tarnish jewelry.
A silver cleaner and polishing cloths will do wonders. Available at hardware stores, grocery stores and jewelry stores. Be sure to buy one specifically made for sterling silver.
Gold filled is very wearable. it will not tarnish in normal conditions. a polishing cloth will keep in shiny. gold filled is not the same as solid gold which is what makes it such an affordable and great alternative.
