SAMPLES

Samples order can be purchased via the listing on the INVITATION SAMPLES category in our shop.

WEDDING INVITATION

1. To start your wedding invitation order, please purchase the $100 deposit listing on the WEDDING INVITATIONS category in our shop. This deposit will be counted towards your total order and for us to start your first round of proof. After the proof has been designed, this deposit can not be refunded.

Once the deposit is placed, please visit the website below to submit your wording information:

2. Initial proofing takes 3 business days to be emailed to you. Complimentary revision proofs up to 2 revisions are provided after the initial proof, where you can make any changes per your preference. Any additional proofs after incur additional charge of $25 per round of proof.

3. Once you give a final approval, we will email you the invoice with the remaining balance to be completed. Upon the payment completion, your order will then be sent to printing and production and will take approx. 12 business days to process.


PROOFING

We always email the proof within 3 business days after you submit your order, so please make sure to check your email carefully for our emails. To avoid having the email sent to spam folder, please include our email address on your list.

GUEST ADDRESSING PROOF
We will provide 1 (one) set of complimentary guest addressing proofs for customers that order guest addressing service. Please make sure to proof read your spreadsheet before emailing to us. If you'd like to have all street names and cities spelled out, please make sure to type it accordingly in your spreadsheet. We do not proof read any names or addresses
Guest addressing proof requires time to setup which will take 3 business days for initial proof to be made. If you have any changes after the first proof is made, you can approve with changes. An additional proof for review may be requested and will incur additional charge of $25 setup fee.

SALES TAX

CANCELLATION POLICY

INITIAL 24 HOURS CANCELLATION

Once the deposit is placed, a cancellation may be made within 24 hours after the deposit is placed if you suddenly change your mind (excluding Rush Order).

CANCELLATION AFTER RECEIVING PROOFS

After the first 24 hours, all personalized stationery (wedding invitations, save the dates, menus, programs, place cards etc) that requires proofing will incur a cancellation fee of 25% or $100, whichever is greater, since we are already working on creating your initial proofing and designs.

If you are unhappy with the proof results for some reasons, please let us know. We are committed to provide you the designs that you will love, so we will definitely work with you until you are satisfied.

CANCELLATION AFTER FINAL PROOF APPROVAL

If you need to cancel or make a change after final proof approval, please contact us asap. We create printing files within 24 hours after final proof approval and payment completion. So depending on whether your order has gone to printing, we may still be able to cancel it and process your refund minus the design costs.

If the order has gone to printing process, the we will not be able to cancel, refund or accept a return on the order.

RETURNS

For Personalized Products:
Due to the custom nature of personalized stationery, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

For Sample Products:
We can not accept returns on samples. Samples products are a way for you to see our work in person, so if you decide that you don't like the sample, it is not a valid reason for return. If you do however received damaged or wrong samples, please email us and we will send you a replacement.

For Non-Personalized Products:
We will accept return of new and unused non-personalized products sealable in their original packaging within 7 business days of your purchase. Please contact us prior to shipping the return item and we will email you the RMA number and instructions. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the paid amount minus the shipping charge on original order.

We encourage all customers to be very careful in reviewing your proof prior to approving it. We can not accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos) regardless of where the error originated. While we do our best to proof read your orders, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once you approve the final proof,the orders will be printed exactly as show in the final proofs.
Upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept any changes or returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words, punctuation, capitalization, grammar etc). We do understand that mistakes happened, so if there is an error, we are happy to offer a discounted reprint and complimentary rush service.

COLORS

Returns based on colors are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match accurately on what you see on your monitor. We highly recommend to order a sample sets, since our sample includes printed color charts that you can reference to of how the color will look on final printed products.

Please reference to our ink color charts for printed colors and not the result of home printers or computer monitors. The final printing result may be close to the colors shown on our printed color chart, however due to the custom nature of the printing, these colors may vary slightly over time and may not match perfectly. We will always make sure that each order complement as close as possible to your color choices.

CARD SHORTAGES

We always make the effort to ship you the exact number of cards and envelopes that you have ordered (including the 5 extra blank envelopes). However, since each order is hand-counted, we may add a few complimentary extras to guard against shortages. You may receive fewer extras of some items than for others; however as long as you receive at least the number ordered, this is not consider as shortage.

We do recommend to always order extra card more than you think you need in order to avoid unexpected changes in addresses or additions to your guest list. It is definitely more cost effective to order 25 extra up front than to place the new order for 25.

>> I saw the design I like, but I’d like it to be printed with die cut shape, can I have it?

Yes, definitely. All of our wedding invitation is made to order, so any customization is available. Just convo me prior to ordering and I will create a custom listing for you.

>> Can I use belly bands on the die-cut shape invitations?

Well, yes, but it may defeat its purpose to show off your unique cut shape invitations. If you like the idea of having the bellyband function as wrapper to neatly put all your invitation set together, we will suggest with fancy die cut invitations to use a ribbon or strings and a tag instead. It will look absolutely fabulous and still keep all your cards neatly together.

>> Can I get an invitation sample in my wedding colors?

Invitation samples are only available in the pre-printed colors shown online. We do send all the samples with an ink color chart, so you may see what your wedding colors will look like in print. The other thing that help is we do give out free complimentary proof plus 2 round of revision free of charge, so you can see your wedding colors proof online and decide whether you’d like to keep it or change it to other alternative.

>> How much does it cost to mail the wedding invitation?

The postage pricing will depend on the weight of your final assembled invitation suite. We strongly recommend that you check with your local post office for the exact postage of your final assembled invitation before purchasing the stamps.

>> I didn’t order enough and now I need to order more. How will I reorder the invitations?

Once you finalized your previous order, all orders have been processed and shipped, so if you need to reorder, you will need to place a new order. Simply convo me and let me know that you would like to reorder.

Yes, of course. We understand that you are busy and so we are here to help. All of our liners come pre-assembled with the envelope of your choice.

>> I saw the design I like, but I’d like it to be printed with die cut shape, can I have it?

Yes, definitely. All of our wedding invitation is made to order, so any customization is available. Just convo me prior to ordering and I will create a custom listing for you.

>> Can I use belly bands on the die-cut shape invitations?

Well, yes, but it may defeat its purpose to show off your unique cut shape invitations. If you like the idea of having the bellyband function as wrapper to neatly put all your invitation set together, we will suggest with fancy die cut invitations to use a ribbon or strings and a tag instead. It will look absolutely fabulous and still keep all your cards neatly together.

>> Can I get an invitation sample in my wedding colors?

Invitation samples are only available in the pre-printed colors shown online. We do send all the samples with an ink color chart, so you may see what your wedding colors will look like in print. The other thing that help is we do give out free complimentary proof plus 2 round of revision free of charge, so you can see your wedding colors proof online and decide whether you’d like to keep it or change it to other alternative.

>> How much does it cost to mail the wedding invitation?

The postage pricing will depend on the weight of your final assembled invitation suite. We strongly recommend that you check with your local post office for the exact postage of your final assembled invitation before purchasing the stamps.

>> I didn’t order enough and now I need to order more. How will I reorder the invitations?

Once you finalized your previous order, all orders have been processed and shipped, so if you need to reorder, you will need to place a new order. Simply convo me and let me know that you would like to reorder.
