It's great! The fake piercings I have are spring loaded, so if I tried to wear them as a fake lip piercing they would pinch my mouth/lip too much. I was fine with the pain but they created big blood blisters under the skin that I'd have to then wait to heal. These are great! Just a simple wire that hooks and rests well, with no pinching or unpleasant spots or holes left in your skin. It does move around a little bit but not too much to where it's annoying or you have to adjust it all the time. It honestly stays pretty well, especially once you kind of mold it to your mouth shape. It also looks very convincing :) (In my photo ignore the chain connected to it, I added that myself, but see? Convincing! Haha)

These fit perfect!! I used to have snake bites but i had to take them out for my job and they closed, but i just fit them over the old holes where i had my piercings and they work great. I feel like the metal end could be a bit more rounded but, other than that they are perfect.

I have to say I really did enjoy this product and that when wearing these they look real to actual piercings. I'm glad I got silver it matches my skin tone perfectly. I would have to agree with the other reviews that these piercings do shift a bit and pinch when worn for a short amount of time. Considering I wore mine for 10 hours straight and ate with them as well it does take a lot to deal with the irritation to the skin. But that's not much of a problem for me at least.
