This is a beautiful 1800s architectural plan of St. Andrew's at Heckington, Lincolnshire, in the UK. According to the text above the drawings, this design is in the "flowing middle pointed" style.

It was included in a series called "Churches of the Middle Ages", published by Bowman and Crowther around 1849, and is labeled as Plate 35 in the series.

There is some foxing, and the corners are soft, as shown in the photos, but otherwise the drawing is in good condition and very suitable for framing. Any small tears along the edges have been repaired with archival mending tissue.
