We try to keep turnaround time quick here at LS Creative Corner. Once we receive your order we start working on your proof. Most proofs are provided within 24 hours but it can take up to two business days depending on the work needed.
Once we send you the proof we wait for your response. If we do not hear from you in two days we send a reminder. Often, we will send up to three reminders within seven business days. After seven business days if we still do not hear from you we assume you are happy with your proof and email the final documents to the email provided on your Etsy account. This marks your item as "shipped" and closes your order. Any additional revisions you request after this seven day time period may be subject to additional revision charges.
