All Decals are made to order and it usually takes 1 - 3 working days to complete and dispatch the order, depending on how busy we are.
Shipping time largely depends on delivery address. Here are some estimates:

UK, Ireland - 2 to 4 working days
Rest of EU - 5 to 7 working days
US, Canada - 6 to 10 working days
Australia, New Zealand - 9 to 15 working days
Rest of the world - within 21 working days.

Please note that all designs will require some DIY, but detailed instructions and link to video will be provided upon purchase. Some designs will take longer than others, but it should be a simple procedure as long as instructions are followed. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about decal application.

You will receive detailed instructions on how to apply your decal. Please read the instructions thoroughly and follow them step-by-step for best results.

Wall decals work on all painted interior walls. Our decals also work on laminated wood, glass and tiles.

Never apply the decal onto freshly painted walls. Although paint may feel dry to touch just a few hours later, paint needs to set which can take at about a week. For some paints it can be even longer. We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before applying the decal.

Walls with sandy or grainy finish are NOT suitable for decals.

We can provide a sample decal if you want to make sure decal works for your wall and paint. Simply send me a conversation with your test decal request along with the address where to send it to.

We strongly recommend asking for test decal for following paint types:
✘ Paints labelled as "dirt repelling" or "stain resistant".

It is the customers responsibility to know what paint their wall is painted with or at least request a tester first. No refunds will be offered for non-compatible paint as outlined above.

Frequently Asked Questions:

➤How do I place an order with custom colours?

All designs have colour chart with all available colours attached. Simply scroll through images. Once you have decided on colours then simply purchase the listing and leave a detailed note with your colour choices in the 'message to seller' box at the checkout.

➤What are 'extras' and do I need them?

All decal sets come with everything pictured. You need to select any of the extras if you want to have more leaves, birds etc. It can also be used to order an additional set in a separate colour.

➤What is design orientation drop down for?

Design orientation lets you order the decal in mirror image / leaning the other way.

➤How can I order custom size design?

Contact me if you wish to customise the size of the decals. In case of ‘top-to-bottom’ decals you can leave required height preferences in the ‘message to seller’ box at the checkout before proceeding to payment.
Also, if you wish simply add a few inches to the total height of the decal – that also can be done at no extra cost and height requirement can simply be left in the same ‘message to seller’ box at the checkout.

➤How will my design work on textured walls?

Decals work on light to medium textures just fine (e.g. eggshell or light orange peel type of texture). While it’s possible to apply decals to heavier textures as well, but we cannot recommend it.

➤How easy is it to remove decals?

Removing the decal is a fairly simple process - you simply peel it off. The decals normally come off quite cleanly, however, that also depends on quality/age of the paint and how long the decal has been on the wall etc etc.
I always recommend being prepared for some retouching once the decal is coming off.
Heating the decal up is highly recommended (regular hair drier on medium)and pulling slowly against the wall (and not away from the wall) will also promote cleaner removal.

➤Can I reapply my designs after I take them off the wall?

No, unfortunately when the decal is removed it’s not reusable.

➤How do I order a sample of colours available?

Simply contact us with colours you'd like to see and address where to send them.

➤What is the standard processing time?

Normally orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days depending on how busy we are.

➤Decal I received was damaged !

If you receive your item damaged, it will be replaced at no cost. Please send a photo of the damage to me as soon as possible. Your decal will be replaced in the same style and colours as originally ordered.

➤Will you provide tracking information for my orders?

Yes, all Nursery tree decals, will be shipped with tracking details.

➤I just placed an order, but I need to cancel it. What is cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel the order please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation can only be processed before the decal has been dispatched.
