WHAT LENGTH DO I NEED FOR MY MASON JAR SIZE?

All mason jar photos are 6ft lights(20 LED's) in a quart jar (32oz) We would not use any less for a quart size jar because it would look too sparse. Our 3ft lights (10 LED's) are great for pint size jars (16oz). Our 9ft lights (30 LED's) are made for anything larger than a quart size jar up to a 64oz mason jar. PLEASE NOTE: We made a reference guide photo just for you in our listing photos. You will see all the jar sizes and string lengths noted above! ;) >>Just swipe through all the photos.

Do your floating balloons lights need helium?

YES they do. We have carefully selected balloons with an exact size and weight to do the trick! When filled with helium, they will float our gorgeous lights. You will need to purchase a helium tank to fill them. Walmart is the cheapest or any party store. If you choose to fill them with air, you will need to tape them up to the wall or ceiling. (see listing photos)

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us before shipping anything back, to ensure it fits the conditions for a return or exchange. ELIGIBILITY- Items eligible for exchange must be unused, and in their original condition. Must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. RETURN SHIPPING- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged upon receipt, or if it's our error. A trackable shipping service must be used to ensure the safe return of the item. REFUND OR REPLACEMENT- Once your request is approved, we can move forward with return instructions. 15% re-stocking free will apply.
