We make every effort to ensure your products arrive to you in the same condition that they left our store. We'd be damned if our mallets, muddlers and oyster knives couldn't stand up to a little rough handling by the postman, as they're designed to withstand years of crackin' skulls (and by skulls, we mean shells and/or mint leaves).

That said, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or is not to your satisfaction, please send us a note through the Etsy messenger or at info@brinehound.com before contacting Etsy or leaving a review so that we have the chance to make things right.

Custom orders are available for all products. We can take virtually any idea, message or image and translate it to fit on our small surface areas. Just try to stump us!
