The item was as described. My issues are the lack of communication, appreciation and poor packaging from the seller. I'd tried communicating with this company a few months ago with no reply. If I would have paid attention to the fact it was the same company before I ordered, I wouldn't have given them my business. The ring just showed up in a plain box inside a plastic envelope. No note, no invoice... nothing. Like I said, the product was fine. No complaints but I won't order from them again simply because the lack of friendly or just lack of customer service altogether.
