PROOFING
Please make sure your text is spell checked. Sometimes it is good to send your text to friends and family in order to double check!

Sage Paper Co. will copy and paste the text you provide and will not spell or grammar check your information. One digital proof will be available and adjustments can be made before finalizing the product.

Sage Paper Co. cannot be held responsible for any misspellings, incorrect punctuation, or any other improper formatting.

Please allow 5-10 business days for printing after your final digital proof
Rush orders available upon request.
Any quantity of prints available.


COLOR MATCHING
Colors will vary from digital to print. Digital color may be slightly brighter compared to the printed color.

We will do our best to match colors shown. Refunds will not be given for color problems that have been approved by digital proofs


PROCESSING
Our turnaround time is 2-3 days per revision (excluding weekends).
Printing will take 5-10 business days after digital proofs have been approved

Finished designs will be received on average of 2-4 weeks.


DESIGN REFUNDS
Once a product is purchased, there are no refunds or exchanges available.


REPRINTING
For any custom product, the client is responsible for correctly sending the final text. Please read over and double check your text information before you send it. We will copy & paste the text you send us to use in your design.

We will provide digital proofs for all custom designs. After proofs have been approved, Sage Paper Co. cannot be held responsible for any misspellings, incorrect punctuation, or any other improper formatting. Discounted reprints are available.

Sage Paper Co. is responsible for problems that might occur in the printing process. Please contact us directly if there is a problem with your order before leaving feedback.

For products that have been damaged in shipping, or in printing, Sage Paper Co. will immediately replace the products, however, full refunds are not available. We may ask for the client to send back damaged goods before sending replacements.


LOST ITEMS
If items are lost in the mail, we will work with you to replace them.

Items are considered lost after 21 days per USPS policies.

Refunds for lost items will not be available.

Sage Paper Co. cannot be held responsible for shipping delays made by the Post Office. If you need our products by a certain date, please make sure to order them earlier rather than later to allow for Post Office delays, should they occur.
