1. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

2. Every item in our store is custom made at the time of order: We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If an error is made on our part, we will make every effort to provide a resolution. Please note that we start working on your order within hours of receipt.

3. We cannot remake items where the wrong personalization, font, color or size was ordered. Please review the color, font, item details & processing times PRIOR to purchase to ensure that you are aware of what is being ordered & will be happy w/ your order.

4. Damages or Errors – In the event that the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of the package delivery with photos of the item & packaging so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and ship out a replacement to you as quickly as possible. Please keep all original packaging and its contents which is required by the shipping provider for inspection.

2.) One up close of the label
3.) the inside with the bubble & Packing material
4.) Any damages to the inside of the box
5.) Damages to the item
6.) Full image of the item from the front and back.

5. Our products are warrantied to be free from material defects in workmanship, materials, and construction from the date of delivery for 30 days when used for normal indoor/outdoor use.
EXCLUSIONS: Our products are not warranted against normal wear & tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, or damage resulting from improper use, mounting, care, storage, or saltwater exposure. Because many of our products are handcrafted & made with natural materials, variations in size, shape, & color can be expected.

* Lake/Marine/Saltwater use is not considered a normal outdoor environment. We do not warranty any product that has exposure to saltwater or brackish water. We recommend regular cleaning & the add on clearcoat for any saltwater exposure.

6. All payments are processed through Etsy for the security of your personal information. We do not have records of your payment information. Should you need to add something to an order, an additional order will need to be placed.

7. Because your security is important to us, we only communicate through ETSY Messages. Please verify that all information in your ETSY account profile is correct, including your email and shipping address.

8. We offer USPS or UPS Ground shipping options at checkout. Our free shipping option is via USPS. ADVERTISED SHIPPING CHARGES & FREE SHIPPING APPLIES TO THE 48 CONTINENTAL U.S. STATES ONLY- FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO HAWAII, ALASKA, APO ADDRESSES OR OTHER, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR CURRENT RATES.

9.Processing times are located under the "Shipping and Returns" section of each listing. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Transit time is approximately 3-10 business days but may vary in peak season. We do not have any control over delivery times provided by carriers.

10. Most of our items have "Allowable Customization Options" that can be personalized for the price that is listed. If you like additional changes made to the design beyond the "Allowable Customization Options", please contact us for a custom quote.

11. We will provide you with (1) free design proof (black&white image) following purchase for PERSONALIZED ITEMS ONLY. Please be aware that making changes to the personalization details submitted with your order will delay the shipment of your item & will incur design change fees. We do not allow cancellations after design work has been started. NO EXCEPTION

*****Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of proof (variable depending on order volume). Please verify that the accuracy of spelling and information matches what you requested on the order within 24 hours to ensure that your order will ship by the quoted ship date. Because of the amount of time & orders we have in-house & limited designers, we do not send proofs prior to order.

12. We will be glad to work with you to create a custom design. Please contact us for the custom design request form and price quote.

They are protected by U.S. Copyright Laws and may not be downloaded, forwarded, shared, or reproduced in any way without the prior & express written permission of HouseSensationsArt. All designs including custom designs are the sole property of HouseSenationsArt. Purchases for custom design is strictly for the "physical item" and does not include rights to the design. We do not sell any of our files for commercial or personal use. Copyright violators will be served and prosecuted by our legal team.

15. Screws & Mounting Hardware are not included with your purchase unless otherwise stated in the listing details. We do offer Powder-coated screws, Sign stand-off hardware, Magnetic wall hangers, Over-the-door hooks, and Ribbons & Bows for purchase.

16. In order to adhere to Etsy's policies regarding "Scheduled Ship by Dates," we do not offer photos of the completed item before shipment, but we do offer digital proofs prior to cutting so that you can see a preview of the item before it goes to production.

Powder coating is a high-quality finish found on thousands of products you come in contact with each day. Powder coating protects the roughest, toughest machinery as well as the household items you depend on daily. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish.

***We do offer a clear coat add on for Salt Water Exposure & Direct Sun Exposure to provide extra protection to extreme elements. The manufacturer recommends adding a clear coat every year or two to extend the life of the powder coat finish.

****Clean with a mild, dish soap, water, and towel. Do not use anything you would not use on your car.

FOR RAW METAL ONLY SIGNS - Raw Metal without a clear coat WILL rust and/or weather, even indoors. The clear coat sealant will protect the sign from rusting and weathering. If you ordered a Raw Metal Only sign and would like us to add a clear coat to your item, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the digital proof.

ALL RAW METAL SIGNS (both with and without a clear coat) may show flaws and imperfections that exist in the metal. This may include scratches, flecks, gouges, burns, rings, dark spots, etc. This can give the metal a unique, rustic, or rugged appearance. If you would like these characteristics covered, we recommend selecting a colored powder coat finish. Raw Metal also varies in color from light silver to black.
