2-If sending a money order, please be aware that items will not be sent until the money order has been received.
2(a)-Money orders are only available to Australian residents at this time and are at the discretion of Tatie and Delilah.

3-Tatie and Delilah does not accept personal cheques.

4-Payment plans are available upon request.
4(a)- Payment plan approvals are at the discretion of Tatie and Delilah.
4(b)- A time frame will given and payments will be expected to be paid on time as per arrangement.

5- Items will be dispatched in between 1-4 days.

4(c)- We reserve the right to change our minds at any time, a notice will be sent via the correct conversation channels through Etsy- this will happen if it appears that payments haven't been met.
4(d)- All items not paid for will be returned to the store at a price set at the discretion of Tatie and Delilah.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

1-Please beware that if you return the item/s you are responsible for the item/s being returned including all delivery/postage costs.
1(a)- Items will not be replaced or refunded if they go missing.

2- We recommend that you keep the receipt and tracking number when returning any items back to the store.

3- At this stage we do not accept exchanges.

4- Refunds or returns will not be processed until the item/s are returned to Tatie and Delilah.

5- Refunds are at the discretion of Tatie and Delilah.

6- If you simply change your mind you will be required to pay in full all delivery/postage costs.

Shipping policies

1-All items will be dispatched between 1-4 days.

2-Please allow for up to two weeks delivery time for most metropolitan areas.

3-Please allow for additional time for regional and remote areas.

4-Express shipping is available when possible for an additional cost and only available upon special request and at the desecration of Tatie and Delilah .

All other countries-
1-Tatie and Delilah will endeavour to send items in a timely manner and let you know when available to do so.

2- Items will be dispatched between 1-4 days.

3- Express shipping is not available.

Additional policies

Please be aware that you are buying vintage items and they do not come in perfect or new condition. Sometimes they are marked but never stained. All items sold on Tatie and Delilah are in good condition and are ready for use as soon as you receive your item. We endeavour to sell only quality vintage items, all items are selected based on their quality and condition.

As all purchases are sent from central Australia please allow for additional time to receive your order.
